Day 3 of being back on track. Weight is down to 196.2, so I've lost 3 lbs since Monday. Good start. This morning I've been planning out menus for the rest of the week and weekend. Much easier to stay on track when I have a menu planned in advance.

Thanks madaboutmoose! I'm going strong. Haven't been tempted to stray off the diet all week. I've stayed under 1500 calories, and have worked out three days so far (will go for number four tomorrow). So far, so good. :)
