I'm frustrated today!!!!! I gained .4 ounces.
225.4 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 85.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I go up and down all the time. It all depends on how hard I worked out. .4 is not bad at all.

Weight fluctuates from day to day, depending on water retention and other factors. Just keep at it and don't let it discourage you!
