4th day on Atkins. I have a cold which is making it hard. Went to pasta place for diner with the kids. Was hard not to take a bite of kids pasta/ cake, but i stuck to it with a Grilled chicken salad.

1712 kcal Fat: 126.85g | Prot: 101.20g | Carb: 39.97g.   Breakfast: Real Mayonnaise, Jell-O Sugar-Free Gelatin, atkins caramel fugde. Lunch: jello gelatin, mushroom, herb and wine marinade, eggs, skinless chicken breast, mixed greens, hidden valley ranch. Dinner: ranch dressing, bacon, grape tomato, lettuce, skinless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: mustard, Real Mayonnaise, atkins shake, Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, splenda,  Roberts heavy whipping cream. more...
