Thank you, 8Patty, SMP, and Horsehu - I'm only averaging .8 - .7 lbs loss per week. It's kind of like sculpting, one just has to chip away at it one piece at a time. Consistency, diligence, and making the best of the choices I have is taking me a long way. I'm learning the essential part of this journey is changing the story we tell about ourselves and losing weight takes a lot less time than creating a new story. At this point, I just try to remain focused on the healthy habits that have been created and work to honor this form in a manner worthy of the being that inhabits it. How did Buddha put it..."Make of yourself a light" :-)
