So I want to say today is the big day to get myself completely in gear but I didn't fair too well. I ate semi-healthy but I wasn't incredibly on target. Hence I set my start date for tomorrow.

Here's my plan, get up early enough to make a quick Abs Diet smoothie with a few different fruits I have around the house, some soy milk and protein powder and off we'll go. I plan on a salad for lunch, spinning class in the evening, and I'm not too sure about dinner yet, but I have a craving for portabella mushrooms at the moment and they make great mini pizzas with the right ingredients.

Sound good? You tell me.

I also left my Abs Diet for women book at the boyfriends house so I need that to get back on track. Errr I hate beginning my diet on the wrong foot. Anyone else have this problem?

I was considering doing the abs diet... after a while of doing the abs diet would you let me know how it works for you... We are teh same way i have never had a flat stomach either. but yet i was always active no matter what. any advice or anything is really appreciated..
