Didn't start on Monday as planned. Ate garbage Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Started the days off well, ate only tortillas, two tablespoons each of corn and black beans and two pieces of pepper jack cheese but then fumbled after 3 pm. Bought lemons & water for lemonade diet.
