Well, it's been 3 months since I've had my baby and I'm at 151. I can't believe it, but it's all really from breastfeeding and pumping - I've done very little exercise as I'm always exhausted. But I plan on starting back next week with a little yoga and treadmill 2xs a week for now. I can't really reduce my calories because I am breastfeeding so right now it's just to tone up and get back into the swing of things.
I'm actually ok if I stay at 150 for the next 8 months because of him. Once I start weaning him, then I will work on my goal weight again. Right now #togoodhealth!
