Down .8 lbs. 😐 I'm not working hard enough at this. I'm eating too many chips (even if they are low fat/low sodium - I had the munchies yesterday) and not enough protein. I always struggle getting enough protein. It's much easier for me during the spring and summer. It's so cold out right now that I don't want to move much and am eating more comfort foods. Well, I'm not worried. I've still lost 58.4 lbs and I'm not stopping here. It may take awhile but I'm still going to do it. 😎
221.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

That's right - you recognized what your body WANTS to do (slow down, shut down)... problem identified. Even if you wind up pacing goat trails in your flooring, you KNOW we need to be active in these colder months. Much success to you!
