Today has gone well. I did not actually eat at breakfast, but with a shake and a smoothie I was completely satisfied. Lunch is usually my largest meal and today was no exception. I feel more energized than I normally do, but still feel lazy. I made myself do some exercises. I need to figure out how I can incorporate aerobics into my day.
