hey guys!! just got back form building houses in new orleans!! it was awesome!!!! however, diet--not going too well!!! ahhh i gotta get back on track!!

Maybe you burned a lot of cals from building those houses though, huh?? You'll do better... If you DID do a lot of work... then you would have used up a lot more cals anyway so maybe you are not as bad off as you think! Good Luck!

I gained two pounds...!!! I dont know if this diet is right for me, Im eating way too much fat. I'm thinking of switching to weight watchers core program

I'm eating a lot of fat - but it's not all unhealthy - like olive oil - if you keep your carbs and calories low you will lose weight. Try to journal everything you eat and you'll be surprised when you're overeating - as soon as I started to journal last week I realized my calorie consumption went way down, and that is important too - as if I'm on Weight Watchers already, but I'm keeping the carbs low so I'm not so hungry like I think I would be on Weight Watchers... try to journal - all the snacking will come to a complete halt when you're writing down EVERYTHING you eat and the weight will just come right off gradually. Tip - weigh yourself the same time every week - like in the morning when you get up with the same amount of clothes on... then it'll be more accurate - I went to one doctor Friday and one today and was seven pounds lighter today - my scale is in the middle so I think it's the correct one... Good luck whatever you decide... :)
