Day 115- I am so happy to be back on the road! I think I have finally left the down feelings behind. I had to keep reminding myself to make everything that comes up positive. I fall to the negative side a lot because it is easy! Putting a positve spin on things really makes my world so much better, try it sometime. If you do, do it, you have to do it for at least 2 weeks to see the outcome.

Work went very well today and it feels so good to be in hotel, you don't hear that very often? The only thing that bugged me was the bike in the fitness room was broken and they di not have any water......

I do need some help, I need a way to lose belly flab besides crunches. Any ideas? The rest of my body is coming together...

I did go walk the mall near my hotel tonight and looked at a few cloths, but I hated it.... I just don't know what to buy? or what the style is for someone my age....... I know, stop sounding like a woman!
