Cabbage, carrots, spinach, and half a block of tofu. All seasoned with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice seasoning. Ridiculously delicious, granted a little high in sodium. 270 calories, 24 grams of protein! Can't wait to have the other half tomorrow.

sandycatiller - I'm not vegetarian but I've always adored tofu. Some people dislike the soft texture, but I like it, and it has an extremely light taste that just takes on the flavor of whatever you cook it in. I use it mostly in asian cuisine like this, but it's also good tossed in a tiny bit of oil and corn starch and baked up crispy!

Is tofu any good reheated? I’ve Fried it up before but then ate right away. Wondering if tofu steaks may be a make-ahead lunch option for me.

That looks so good I think I will buy some tofu. I haven't cooked with it since the early 1980's. I am going to look for some of my old recipes.

Wonderwhy - there's no recipe, I just make things, but 100% of the ingredients are already listed, and veggies were steamed and tofu was baked.
Kemeshiwar - I think it's goid reheated. If you're literally frying your tofu, it's probably not going to still be crispy reheated, but if it was baked or mixed in a stir fry ir something of the like, then it's nearly identical once reheated.
