Today marks a new day and a new start. I began a new pole dancing and lap dancing class and followed it with two miles of running, something I haven't done in two months for sake of my knees. Between a new class, a new understanding about my health and having eight weeks until my goal, and being able to run again, I'm ending my day on a positive note. I have a plan!
