Again,I don't know how to add in something that I ate,don't know how to break it apart.I really feel so stupid,I tried adding it in under new item but of course its a recipe wo brand name.Its Flourless Choc Cake which I copied off of BamaLane.Its wonderful,its broken down but as I said I'm stupid about adding this.So again my food diary does not show what I ate all of it anyway.Its only this piece of cake that I had to add.And for the likes of me I can't seem to stay within the 20 total carbs a day which I'm counting and not NC. Boy,I feel beat so thats my concern so can I say HELP PLEASE.
