As I seem to be heading in the right direction, I’ve changed my target from 115 to 112. I managed to get down to it in 2010 and I think if I focus for the new six weeks (before I go on holiday) then I can get the last five pounds off. I won’t be very upset if I don’t loose all of it but I’m going for at least three pounds (1/2 pound a week) and anything extra will be awesome.
