Good Morning! I made the mistake of weighing myself this morning (I am trying to do it once a week) to learn I gained a half pound, lol. This should teach me! Ah, well, I knew I should not have had that glass of red wine (which I know is not allowed, yet) on Saturday but, alas, what is done is done and I am not going to beat myself up about it. Here is to a new week!!!

I feel ya! I am trying really hard not to weigh each day b/c i get discouraged. But i still do it. can't help myself. you will have that pound off by tommorrow. water weight is easy come, easy go!

have you made it to phase 2 yet...wine is not recommended until phase 2 and then you have to determine if it is a trigger for you or not...good luck

Try not to be discouraged as it's normal for your weight to bounce. I'm sure the one glass of wine wasn't the culprit. I choose to believe that because I don't deny myself(my one deviation from the diet). I still think weighing in every day gives you a better handle on things. good luck!
