Good Morning! I made the mistake of weighing myself this morning (I am trying to do it once a week) to learn I gained a half pound, lol. This should teach me! Ah, well, I knew I should not have had that glass of red wine (which I know is not allowed, yet) on Saturday but, alas, what is done is done and I am not going to beat myself up about it. Here is to a new week!!!
