I am totally new to social media! Love this site I’m a chronic dieter with the pesky 10 pounds that goes away and somehow always comes back! I’m doing a low calorie plan and moderate carbs. I love them too much to totally eliminate. Fruit is not too bad! I made a strawberry smoothie for breakfast with one cup strawberries, a little strawberry extract, stevia and 1 c of almond milk. So good! Wish me luck.
