Today is day one of eating better. Alcohol intake will be severely reduced and sugar will be taken at a bare minimum. My goal is to lose 12 pounds in 8 weeks. I also am starting the vitamins from Advocare today. I can do this!
142.5 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 May 2012:
1604 kcal Fat: 45.62g | Prot: 73.56g | Carb: 204.84g.   Breakfast: half and half, raisins, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), coffee. Lunch: cottage cheese, kraft light ranch, avocado, tomato, lettuce. Dinner: cottage cheese, broccoli, brown rice, kirkland salmon. Snacks/Other: Butterscotch Drops, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Tequila, advocare shake, energy drink, smoothie. more...
