Breakfast at 2 pm - tuna salad on toast
Supper at 7 pm - large salad with feta cheese
Snack at 1 am - rest of tuna salad on 10 triscuits, ice cream. Then at 4 am I had more ice cream( tooooo much). Let me call it an unconscious binge. I entered the extra binge ice cream as breakfast on Sunday. What was I thinking? My mind was racing...trying to solve the world problems (Steven Colbert & Seth Meyers helped), worrying about going shopping Sunday afternoon to Costco and avoiding temptations, worrying that I will just lie awake for hours if I go to bed, so might as well have a cup of coffee to and stay up all night again. Irrational thoughts to be sure.
