journal for Jan 13 Sat
went to bed at 5 am. Fell asleep 5:30 am. Awake at 11 am with phone call. Fell asleep 11:15 am to 2 pm. 8.25 hrs of sleep total. Spent the night fixing cleaning up my Dad's laptop, and watching late night TV comedy shows at same time. Now most of Sat it shot.
Sleep Goal: sleep between 1 am and 9 am each night by end of Jan 2018.
