I went to order the salsa and the salad dressing from AL sig food site.
The shipping was almost the same price as the items I was buying!
I did a google and found that Amazon.com sells her line too and the shipping is less costly. Just a FYI.

thanks for the heads up. I know I bought the suppliments and the whey and the shipping was high. I have now just opted for unflavored organic whey which I can get right around the corner. Let me know how the salsa and dressing are. chris
