Great job! I added in steel cut oat meal with some p. butter (natural), a few raisins, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and splash or two of ff milk, and I'm loving it! It's good for cholesterol, heart and my blood sugars stay very low with it, too. :) Go slow with phase 2, adding only a little per week so you can see how your body will react to each food.
