Good Sunday Morning! I am feeling so good today! I was just complaining yesterday and getting all depressed about the scale and finally this morning IT MOVED! I was so shocked. Anyway, I'm not going to get all caught up in the scale hype again. I exercised lastnight I spent 1 hour on the treadmill and 30 minutes of stretching and weights. I am glad that I have pulled myself together and put exercise into my routine. I still don't want to do any exercising but it's gotten to the point that I really don't hate it as much anymore. I figure, I'm going to watch House Hunters, My First Place, Kings of Queens, The Suze Orman Show and Girlfriends anyway, so why not watch these shows while exercising.
