I am finding it difficult to find the correct food entries to my diet. Wish I knew how to correct out an entry. So far I don't have any answers to this. Oh well. I am shopping looking at all the labels and saying "NO" to the carb counts. Found these wonderful Cello Parmesan Chips and they are fabulous! 1 carb for 23 chips. I'm in heaven.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow those chips sound great!! If you enter someone on accident to your diet hit the drop down button on that meal to show all the items. Click on the incorrect item and scroll down to the bottom and click the delete button. I keep making mistakes because I’m new here so I needed it too!
