Just getting ready to leave for my walk. Have no idea how long I'll walk - sometimes I have energy for a long walk, sometimes I get tired right away.

we had two days of rain that are normally walk days for me. I'm a so cal girl so naturally I can't walk in the pouring down rain ;) . Anyway I got out today and will make up the walk days on Thursday and Friday.

I did myself in yesterday and the day before with a walk and some recumbent biking before shopping for hours. But our Oregon weather has been more temperate lately as well. 🙋🏻

I came across an article the other day that talked about how exercising in sub 68 temps activates your body to burn brown fat (to keep your body warm). Cheers for winter?
