Well I guess it's time I start journaling again...I know you have all heard this before! I do really well for a while then I start to slip up a little here and a little there. I find when I am in the habbit of recording weight and exercise and just free writing in the journal, I do much better. So I am 3 days in on the recording and this is my first Journal entry in a while. So HI EVERYONE, and I hope you are all doing well. Things have been crazy for my with home schooling my little ones and end of the year finals for my older one. It's almost summer vacation and I want to look good in my board shorts and bikini top, ok maybe tank top! HAVE A BLESSED DAY ALL!
