today is a good day got up super early did my work out and had a healthy breakfast..the more i stay consistent with my healthy eating and making time for my workouts..the better i feel..temptations will always be there but now i have the tools to make smarter choices. it's still hard when i have to cook 2 dinners because the hubby and kids think am eating rabbit food..i only had red meat once this wk and i have a b-day part on sunday. i just have to take it one day at a time and remember this is about me loving and making me a priority..
