Looking at my food journal, you can tell when I'm out of food! I'm living on eggs and chicken breast and toasts... Grocery shopping trip is needed, I miss my vegetables!

Long week at work, I'm getting tired. One more workout to get in tomorrow. On the weekend I will go for a run with the dog and gardenning will be my main form of exercise.

Sounds like the complete opposite here. I've been away every evening so I haven't cooked. I have a fridge full of raw veggies (eggplant and zucc i want to roast) but I've been on the go, so I grab easy leftovers.
