I feel great, but I'm still getting muscle fatigue fairly easily. I need to do the broth more. The other thing is I've been getting really tired in the afternoons, and I don't know if that's a thyroid issue, stress, or my body switching its fat-burning process. I'm also incredibly hungry lately, but I think it's because I'm not getting enough fats and proteins. Gotta hit up the grocery store and laod up on more things I can have at work so I quit reaching for the Atkins bars. Otherwise I'm continuing to lose and am surprised by not having any cravings for sweets (my nemesis!). Our office had our monthly birthday cake the other day, and it didn't even appeal to me. That was a huge mile marker for me!

I had the same issue a while back. I figured out that I wasnt eating nearly enough. On the days that I'm active I should be eating 1900 calories a day! (I thought that number was crazy high) On the other days that I dont have time to work out or walk I should be getting in 1600 a day. Your fat looks super low to me. I try to eat between 80 and 150g a day. Its the whole fight fire with fire, fight fat with fat. And lots and lots of water. That one took me a while to do. I hated having to use the restroom all the time, but it helps with hunger, dehydration, boosts your metabolism, gives you energy, and flush that fat out of your body. I hope this helps a little :)
