So, I got sidetracked last night. Not sure why I was craving this, but we ended up going out for supper to the local chinese buffet. It tasted better than I remembered. I don't regret going, and I'm not beating myself up about it. That's really the only way for me to go, otherwise I'd just give up. If we wallow in our own self-pity because we cheated for one meal, imagine how long it would take to get back to losing weight. So, instead, I came home drank the rest of my water and cranberry juice for the day, had my fat-flush cocktail, and got a good night of sleep. And that pound and a half that I gained back...I know it'll be gone again soon, as long as I continue to follow my diet the right way.
