Weekday walk number 46: "the Cross", 2.7 miles in 58 minutes, at 2.7 mph - a balmy 37 degrees when I started... finished, and it was 42!
Upon re-entering the building, one of our security guards asked me what I was doing to "maintain" my weight loss. Puzzled, I replied, "Hadn't thought of it - still have about 60 pounds to go."
The look on her face (LOL!)... I wonder - after I entered the elevator - how long it was afterwards that she picked her jaw up off the floor.
