Maintaining weight this week. Worked out lifting weights at the Y but I still feel like I have a lot of water retention from the salt I took in this past weekend. Soccer game tonight.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
