Well I have been off this site and off the wagon so to say. Worry and stress are the role this time and I seen it coming. Could go on about the bad year but it won't do the reality of it justice. I ate and never pushed away and gained most of weight back.

So sorry... I have been off this site for a long time, lots of changes in my life, gained a few more pounds. But am determined that 2018 will be a great year, and staying healthy is going to be a priority! :) I'll cheer for you, too!
