No water aerobics again today. I did set my alarm and did get up. But I have a massive headache and went back to bed. Just now able to hold my head up decently and it is about 1:30 here. On the win side however I did a plank yesterday. For about 15 seconds. 😊. I’ll try again tonight and hopefully make it a bit longer. Supposedly those are great exercise

Lol definitely no party. I’ve not had a drink in about 3 months. Lol. Party? I wish!!! Lol. I’ve actually had this headache for at least 2 months. It is not something new. I’ve seen neurologists many times. They say it is migraines. I’m just one of those lucky few who have a migraine for months at a time. The Botox shots are all that has ever seemed to work but I don’t have insurance now so I can’t get them. I did increase my sodium intake yesterday and I think it may have helped slightly. Hope so.
