Hi, I'm new here. What a great site! I have been trying to lose 60 lbs for the past 5 years. I lost 25lbs 2 years ago, and kept it off until I went thru some major stress last fall and put on 15 lbs in 2 months! What is scary is I didn't have time to eat. How did I gain weight when I rarely ate? Must be that Cortisol thing. I am hoping with the motivation from this site and having to publish my progress I will finally be able to do this.
