Day 9.....weighing in tomorrow! I am not as excited as I was in the beginning...I have not been 100% faithful with eating...but oh well, I know I will see some results and as long as I can keep that up I will be very happy! It is so hard when you are not home at night to cook and eat the right things...I try to order right, but then it just blows up in my face. Oh well, like I said I will be happy with any loss that I have! I do GREAT during the day, it is at night that I slip up so at least it isn't all day long! I am still doing great on the working out part, now if I can just do them both together I would have great results. Oh well, it will happen! I would really like to find a great DVD to work out too, something uplifting and very active, if anyone has any suggestions let me know! Well hope you all have a great weekend! You should try the Hip Hop Abs workout dvd's. Walmart sells them for less then on t.v and they are great. I've tried them and they keep you excited about the workout. Its fun so you really don't notice your working out.

You're doing great! I'm sure you'll see some good results. I've noticed that even when I cheat, I still see results. I like Turbo Jam. It really kicks your butt!! I've also heard good things about Hip Hop Abs. Check out ebay. You can usually find stuff really cheap on there. Good luck!

You should be excited - remember - anything is better than nothing no matter what! I don't work out to DVD's so I don't know of any. I record shows off the fitness channel and work out w/them or just to music. I know, a lot of help I am, lol! Good Luck and I can't wait to see your weigh in.

I am the biggest fan of Crunch Cardio Go Go. The concept is fun, you don't feel like an idiot doing it, and the instructor is fun and bouncy. And it is a great work out. Just a suggestion!!

Thanks so much for your comments! I just discovered that section and am feeling very silly! Hehe! Yes the silliest thing next is that I don't have the Fat Smash book & amn't sure if I can get it from Malaysian bookstores. May have to change to my own diet or Fit For Life (the book I do have!). Keep on going! I know about the meals part, that's been MY biggest battle these last 2 days. Not sticking 'to plan', becuase I failed to plan. Haha..am planning today! Best wishes on your weigh in!
