I have lost 5lbs since Monday and it's really given me the incentive to keep going... I even managed to refuse a slice of cake and my favourite chocolate bar earlier today!!!!

Good for you Judy!!!! To resist something is hard at first, I am on my 1lth day of induction and I have not a problem saying No Thank You. Oh BTW, No. Is a complete sentence. I have to watch the clock to make sure I eat. All these proteins, fats, and vegies are filling me up I have trouble getting all my carbs in. Stay focused. Post lots. We will all get there together.:) Neesee

chimin in i personally didnt have any problems in the beginning for like 3.5 weeks and then when i fort sick i kinda went in starvation mode..and now...have had temptations and gave in to choco cake yestrday and milk...oooops :( bnut will rise again to the challenge with the help of you all my friends so thanks.. and good job judy!!!
