Went back yesterday to my boring omelette, couple eggs, some turkey slices 3, mushrooms 2oz out of the jar, butter
Lunch good ole chicken and broccoli - 4 oz on chicken and about a cup of broccoli also in butter -
Supper - Salad from italian restaurant, lettuce , green olives, a little cheese (oh no) tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, mushroom , pepperoni with house dressing combo of italian and ranch mixture -
Some whip cream for desert , 6 pieces of krackel candy but little bars - Get em out of there -
Pepsi one soda and water -
Got about a half hour of walking moderate speed for me -
