Sherlock's Journal, 10 January 2008

Hello all, Im finally getting settled in this diet. Its not drudgery anymore. Im feeling very comfortable in it now. And cutting down drastically on my carbs has really affected my appetite. Im not nearly as hungry as I normally would be. Thank God.
