Hedder52's Journal, 10 January 2008

Well it is day 8 and things are going pretty ok....didn't do so great last night food wise, went out to dinner with my dad and his wife, but I did do good in stopping when I was getting full, that is a bonus! Back on track once again today, things are going great and I am actually pretty excited to weigh in on day 10 to see where I am at! I haven't eaten a whole lot today due to for some reason just not feeling like it, I know I need too, but oh well guess it happens! Just got done working out at the gym, I am so sore from the past 2 days that I just did the elliptical machine for 25 minutes, nothing too strenuous!

Keep up the great work! Sometimes our bodies get used to what we're eating. So, if we eat just a little of what we're not suppose to one night, then it shocks our body into speeding up the metabolism again. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised. You've done well so far!
