Well it is day 8 and things are going pretty ok....didn't do so great last night food wise, went out to dinner with my dad and his wife, but I did do good in stopping when I was getting full, that is a bonus! Back on track once again today, things are going great and I am actually pretty excited to weigh in on day 10 to see where I am at! I haven't eaten a whole lot today due to for some reason just not feeling like it, I know I need too, but oh well guess it happens! Just got done working out at the gym, I am so sore from the past 2 days that I just did the elliptical machine for 25 minutes, nothing too strenuous!
