Just stated WW yesterday. This will hopefully help me to stay on track. I'll go to my first WW meeting on Saturday and get more information. Right now I'm just trying to make a smooth transition into this diet. I really want this to work out for me. The WW community looks like something I could really enjoy being apart of.

I've been good at staying with my exercise Monday through Friday. I actually look forward to it even though it's friggin killing my feet and legs. My left foot goes numb when I'm fast walking. I'm hoping that it's just my out of shape body that is procrastinating instead of something actually being wrong. Yesterday it didn't happen until later in my exercise so I think I'm making progress.

I've just gotta keep on truckin.
