I'm not logging my food or posting my weight until the 1st. Not doing as good during the Christmas holiday as I did for Thanksgiving. But I am usually very good with New Year's resolutions when I write them down. Glad you enjoyed your Christmas dinner. I had mine on Saturday and was not so good. Skipped 2 invitations for dinner today, ham at both places and I just need to try to get over Saturday. Since Saturday I have consumed nearly 1/2 gallon of egg nog. Have another holiday dinner coming up with family early in January since everyone had different obligations today. Sometimes this holiday lasts weeks! 

I guess that is one of the good things about having a small family and no friends in the state. Christmas lasts 2 days. Christmas Eve we generally have pizza and open presents. Christmas Day we have a big meal. It is now just a bunch of left overs. Only the desserts call my name. And I am not answering!!! You will get back on track Fritzy 😺. You are doing so amazingly well. 

Sorry that I'm posting here and I don't know you, but I'm new to this site and I was wondering how I post like you do? Do you have to use the paid site? Also, if I want to find a friend on the site (I have the free version), how can I do that? Thanks :) 

Skelly - make a journal entry. On the right side of the screen where it says "my journal". Not sure how to find your friend unless you know the profile name she uses.
