Woke at 213.4, up .4 after from yesterday. Happy with that for sure after a late Christmas Eve dinner. Fasting until we enjoy an egg casserole at 11 or noon. Merry Christmas, everyone! UPDATE: Had a wonderful Christmas Day with family and friends. Started with a terrific egg casserole and then had honey baked ham and turkey for lunch (and again for a snack later). Also had lots of wine and some meat and cheese snacks while playing games. A wonderful day that took me into a rare calorie surplus but it's all good. Forgot to weigh in at night, so we will see what happens in the morning!
