Too many Cs!! COOKIES, CAKE, CHOCOLATE, CARAMEL, CANDY, CUPCAKES, CALORIES, CALORIES, CALORIES!! The place where I have a part time job had a Christmas cake bigger than the table it was placed on. Everyone brings in treats for gifts. I know I don't have to eat any of it, but it's tough. Some of those treats are out of this world. Some are store bought, but most are homemade. Some of the people should be bakers and confectioners. January 2nd I'll start dieting, logging and weight training again. Just hope I don't gain too much weight. And the going out to restaurants with friend and family. That's even worse for weight loss. Enough complaining, you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!🌠🎉♥️

Merry Christmas! As for going out to eat you can preplan and that helps. Most restaurants and thier food nutrition values are on fs on the food diary page!

I eat meal salads at restaurant , grilled not fried protein and low carbs, no fries especially / salad buffet ,and Chinese buffet eating only good foods / any situation you are in ,you control what you eat / we have all been here / close your eyes and think what you want to do when you lose some weight / whatever that is ,let that drive you and use that when that tough situation comes up /not if but when / Remember , this is only a point in time and don't beat yourself up!!!! You are very welcomed here /
