My week has been totally off due to the time change and other things going on in my life. I have not gotten up on time for the last three days. This just throws my whole day off. If I do not get up on time, then I don't eat breakfast. Some of you know the delima that I am talking about.

Tomorrow I am getting up early to help my friend move. At least I will be burning some calories loading all of his boxes.

I will not say that I am following my plan really well, but I will say that the scale is still heading in the right direction (I hope). I know that continued success will take more effort on my part, and I am willing to put in that effort.

Look out world! Here comes Skinny Me!

Welcome to FS, this site has been both helpful and entertaining for me and I hope it helps you too! It is a long journey for me but like you I am determined to make this my year. So advice, track as much as you can, drink the water and stay positive!! Share your feelings, chances are we have all been there, and above all remember it is journey and it will take some time so don't get discouraged at all!! You can do this! OH and PS eat real food, please !! Healthy diet and exercise are the keys to success! My sister lost over 98 lbs on WW and has kept it off. I wish I had learned that 6 years ago and 10 fad diets later of up and down yo-yo dieting!!! Msg me if you need anything or if you just need to vent...lol
