~laughs~ 2 thick peanut spread and jelly sandwiches for lunch...140 kcal...what a hoot! After not having real peanut butter for awhile, Walden Farms Peanut Spread was OK - I give it a c+ the smell is fantastic, the taste - well just ok, but I added some of their calorie free jelly, that made it a bit better... I will have to post some of my reviews here of their products - I love them, but it like eating exotic foods, takes a little getting used to...~laughs~...but the results are worth it! Big meals, low kcal count...that's the ticket.

Good luck everyone! Keep moving...and don't give in, don't give up!
