ugh! i am so frustrated already. have not been to the gym in 2 days(was trying to go at least every other day), I have working 12 hours a day and when i get off around 12pm i can barely get any sleep to rest. then before you know it i have to pick up the kids.even though the gym does have a daycare, its just been to stressful and haven't had enough time. well hopefully i can make it to the gym tomorrow. i probably picked up a couple of pounds back too cuz i haven't been eating right.

if you cant make time in the day then give yourself a break. If you are overworked you may feel the need to snack more for comfort, or because its fast food. Just try and be more active in the day, every little helps, take the stairs not the lift, park from things a little further away and walk, and keep fidgeting! It all burns calories!
