All this nut talk reminds me of a very odd comic routine I have to email you. I don't want to get kicked off this site for forwarding very rude links. Its hilarious though.
I'm very proud of you! You are at a point in your loss where it may take a bit more figuring out what exactly needs to be done. You're brilliant for not letting it get the best of you, you understand how it all works. Bravo my friend, Bravo!

I think the 3 lb loss is great! You are small already so you can't expect huge numbers...good for you!! I bet you have gained a good bit of muscle too with all the working out you have been doing with your daughter!

Halleluia! Amazing isn't it, when you have an "AHA!" moment. I know because I am allergic to milk, wheat and soy so when I figured it all out I felt so much better. It doesn't even matter so much that I can't eat those things because I know what my priorities are. Congradulations!

Well, well....well Miss BadAndee - Happy to see there were no waterworks involved - but I need to tell you I am gushing with PRIDE for your success! I am also going to cut out PB and Nuts for the balance of this week - just to see how that impacts my results - you know.....4thehalibut!!! lol ha, ha, ha!!!! I was just thinking that I don't EVER remember being 112 - if I was it must have been for a minute when I was 10!

I have the utmost confidence that you know what your goal weight should be. You are a smart woman and you will know better than anyone when you reach the healthy weight for you. Everyone is different in what their weight should be. I understand totally that some people might think 112 is too low BUT... Imluuvd and I come from a family of small people.. not lepracuans...but thin people who at about 5'6" weighed about 105 most all their lives. Gosh, when they got old they might have gained an gotten all the way up to 115 lbs!! My oldest living relative is an aunt, 74 yrs old who is gorgeous like Audrey Hepburn type woman and weight 105 lbs. also about 5'6" tall. ImLuuvd and I are about 5'2" and for some reason..we didn't get born with the naturally skinny gene. I also know from reading about longevity than thinner people live longer. hooray for you, what an accomplishment!! you have done it! a shinning example to us that it can be done. Now I have to go pick that darn rice outta my hair! :D

ah you clever thing, you didnt offically weigh in til you sorted out your blip and so your graph still looks nice. I hate the bumps in my chart!! Well done you for being so strong and sticking to your diet, and a MASSIVE well done for kicking the p/b habit! I remember seeing a photo of you and I dont think you are too small, you looked VERY healthy and I trust that your daughter would get on the case if you managed to go overboard. Best of luck reaching your goal, you are sooooo close now Andee, you can do it!! Not long to go!
