Even though it felt like I was being really good today I see I still went way over my 20 carb limit. It's so hard to stay under that. At least my carbs are still low, so I shouldn't gain weight, but I doubt I'll lose any like this, either. Exercise was good. I must start incorporating weights into my routine but they're so booooring.
