been waking up after dinner and eating snacks not happy with that. otherwise very clean eating (midnight snacks included) last night finally didn't do it, overall happy with my weight and how my body feels tried hot Pilates and ran in the holiday run on Saturday 10k finished first female and third overall! (41 minutes)
